Over fifteen years enjoy managing employment regulation and civil rights subjects. My exercise started out representing large employers in protecting such claims but, because 2007, I actually have represented each personnel (or former employees) who have been sufferers of discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, unpaid extra time and wages, and different employment law topics and small employers wrongly accused of misconduct. I have efficiently tried cases earlier than juries and prevailed within the appellate courts. My main awareness is continually on doing my pleasant to symbolize my purchaser s interest, whether that is trial, agreement, attraction, and so on.
