Dominic initially educated as a Lloyd s coverage dealer with J.H. Minet & Co. in London before coming into law faculty inside the early 1980s. He is skilled and licensed to exercise regulation in both California and England.
Dominic s initial practice in London with Lawrance Messer & Co. (now Nabarro Nathanson), in addition to his whole practice in California, has been devoted solely to the area of coverage insurance evaluation pertaining by and large to business general liability, directors and officials, professional liability, and assets regulations. Dominic is the beyond Chairman of the Insurance Section of the San Diego County Bar Association.
