About
Following two decades in private practice and as a prosecutor, I opened my personal company in September 2012 to focus on acting as a impartial fact finder for faculties and universities in cases concerning scholar sexual misconduct and employee-scholar harassment. I additionally provide recommendation and counsel on Title IX topics, conduct inner investigations for employers, and offer training in the prevention of employment discrimination and in Title IX. I also hold a small litigation exercise wherein I represent plaintiffs and defendants in civil and crook matters.
