Diana Taylor focuses her general litigation exercise at the regions of personal harm, employment, and contract disputes. She has led litigation towards people, small businesses, and experts and served as a key contributor in multi-faceted litigation and disputes against company defendants which includes coverage carriers, car manufacturers, pharmaceutical producers, hospitals, and global unions.
At Tulane University Law School, Taylor pursued a certificates in sports regulation, which emphasized settlement, labor and employment, negotiation, and highbrow property problems. She has had numerous opportunities to work with those topics thru paintings with New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Hornets, Friedman & Salisbury Sports Management LLC, and the Entertainment Law Legal Assistance Program. In her final 12 months, she honed her understanding of hard work law with the National Labor Relations Board, Region 15.
At Connecticut College, Taylor studied authorities and mathematics. During university, in instruction for a career in regulation, Taylor worked at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia as an investigator and the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender as a clerk. In addition to her felony career, Taylor enjoys pursuing many athletic endeavors. She has finished numerous marathons.
