Derek Krebs is an Associate Lawyer with Kitchens New Cleghorn, LLC. Derek focuses his law practices within the areas of Corporate and Business Issues, General Civil Litigation, Contracts, Family Law, MSPB Employment Law Issues, and Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning.
Derek obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media & Communications from Denison University in 2005. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012, in which he graduated with honors.
While at UGA, Derek served as a Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review, became certified as a civil mediator, labored as a research assistant to a law professor, and spent several semesters assisting clients through felony clinics. While in regulation faculty, Derek spent his summers running as a Summer Associate in both the Athens and Buckhead places of work of Kitchens New Cleghorn, LLC.
