Derek received an A.A.S. in Japanese Culture from Everett Community College and holds a B.S. in Agribusiness from Arizona State University. Derek graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law and has been licensed in Arizona considering May 2000.
Early in his career, Derek had the privilege of clerking for Hon. Roger Kaufman (Ret.) and Hon. Cathy Holt (Ret.), in which he learned the basics of equity and professionalism from properly reputable judges. He commenced his career as a transactional attorney, working for a Martindale Hubbell AV-rated regulation workplace. From there, Derek labored with a mentor who helped him analyze the rules of estate planning. Derek’s number one vicinity of exercise includes property making plans (i.e., wills and trusts), probate, as well as enterprise law (i.e., formation, acquisition, and trendy illustration). Derek is a second Amendment recommend who enjoys leisure taking pictures.
