Prior to organising LOPAS LAW, I spent a decade as a public defender, in Sacramento in addition to El Dorado County. During that time I represented customers in all manner of instances, from complex high stakes homicides, to sexual misconduct, three strikes, drug crimes, and DUI. For the ultimate three years I have targeted on juvenile protection. I revel in trial exercise, but understand that no longer each case or client is great served through court docket adjudication or verdicts. I paintings intently with my clients to reach green and advantageous resolutions and consider in the fragility and increase ability of every youngsters.
