Mr. Fineman was born and raised in Southwest Florida and is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University (B.S. Legal Studies and Criminal Justice). In 2007, Mr. Fineman acquired his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. While in regulation school, Mr. Fineman served as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Lawyer’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit which allowed him to prosecute several crook cases for the State of Florida. Mr. Fineman was a Senior Note and Comment Editor on Barry University’s Law Review and graduated 2d in his magnificence. Mr. Fineman turned into invited to be a speaker on the Fifth District Court of Appeals Induction Ceremony as a result of accomplishing one of the pinnacle scores on the Florida Bar 2007 summer exam.
