David S. David Toback is a member of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council, an interdisciplinary enterprise for attorneys, accountants, monetary planners and other professionals worried in estate planning. He is an active member of The Florida Bar and participates in the Bar’s sections on Tax Law; Business Law; and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.
