- Dispute Resolution and Litigation: As a tenacious recommend for my customers, I even have effectively litigated within the Federal U.S. District Court, Hawaii’s Circuit and District Courts, and the Intermediate Court of Appeals. - Business and Transactional Law: My transactional practice includes the whole spectrum of obtaining, promoting, and/or working a business, from managing negotiations and due diligence, to drafting contracts and other felony documentation.
