CARNRIGHT practices inside the areas of Insurance Litigation, Foreclosure Defense, Labor and Employment Litigation, Receiverships and Security litigation, Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights, Complex Business Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Prior to founding CARNRIGHT VELASQUEZ PA, Mr. Carnight worked for Damian & Valori LLP, a prominent Miami-based law workplace. Mr. Carnright is a contemporary member of the The Florida Bar, Cuban American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and The Lawyers Section of the Belen Alumni Association. ? Mr. Carnright obtained his law diploma from Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 2010) in New York City, in which he served as a creator for the Corporate and Financial Law Review. He was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA) and Research, Education and Advocacy to Combat Homelessness (R.E.A.C.H.), an organization committed to supplying help the much less lucky contributors of the New York City network. Before attending law college, Mr. Carnright graduated with honors from the University of Miami (B.A., 2007) with a Bachelor of Arts degree, double-majoring in each Political Science and International Studies.
