In 2005, David McGinley joined the personal injury law office of Law Offices of Kupets & DeCaro, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois. Since then, he has spent his complete prison career serving individuals injured by another’s negligent behavior. David is devoted to advocating for his customers and to ensuring they get hold of honest and just repayment. David represents customers critically injured from car and trucking accidents, place of business and machinery injuries, slip and falls, and clinical malpractice. He has obtained big recoveries for his clients, thru arbitration, mediation, and trial resolutions.
