Since 2016, I have been serving as an expert witness and assisting in trials handling hazing and Risk Management engendered lawsuits regarding fraternities. I had been involved in over 25 matters within the past 4 years often involving hazing and substance abuse related tragedies. I am usually working on behalf of plaintiffs, however have represented a country wide fraternity, and two character defendants.
I am an “anti-hazing and hazard control Specialist”. I became the Executive Director of Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity for over 29 years. In such position, I have become familiar with pretty much all conduct via undergraduate younger men at the university campus. I spent years combatting hazing and trying to accurate and get rid of it.
A lawyer, member of the Fraternity Executives Association for 30 years, past delegate and these days affiliate member of the North American Inter-Fraternity Conference, companion member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors, commercial enterprise member, nonprofit member NASPA, beyond member of FIPG and FRMT, I am the most certified expert witness you could consult re: enterprise standards and best practices in Fraternal law fits.
