Lawyer Hardy attended Suffolk University Law School s Evening Division. He graduated Magna Cum Laude (with excessive honors) within the top four percent of his elegance. From 2005 until 2010, Lawyer Hardy served as a State Prosecutor in Tampa Florida. Since 2010 he has been in personal exercise. In Florida State Courts, he has dealt with lots of instances ranging from DUI to first degree felonies. In Federal Court, he has handled international extradition cases, financial institution fraud, drug trafficking, firearms instances, and immigration offenses. Lawyer Hardy is Board Certified by way of the Florida Bar as an Expert in Criminal Trial Law and is Nationally Board Certified in Criminal Law by means of the National Board of Trial Advocacy. In 2015 he become named to the National Trial Lawyers top 100 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers.
