As a proud local of Memphis, Tennessee, legal professional David G. Goodman is deeply devoted to combating for the rights of working Tennesseans. David is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as govt editor of the Tennessee Law Review and won the Ogden & Sullivan Moot Court Brief Writing Award. After graduating from law faculty, David began his criminal profession in Austin, Texas representing customers in a diverse civil litigation exercise. More currently, David came home to Tennessee to function an attorney in the Office of General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development in Nashville, in which he labored to deliver excessive first-class jobs to Tennessee. David joined the Nashville office of Morgan & Morgan P.A. to hold advocating for working Tennesseans. David’s practice at Morgan & Morgan focuses broadly speaking at the illustration of plaintiffs in employees’ reimbursement instances. David is a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers’ Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Nashville Bar Association. › ›
