David Frank is based totally in Austin, Texas and is an experienced crook trial legal professional. In April of 2014 he efficaciously challenged the Texas Mandatory DWI Blood Draw Statute and had the law overturned at the Court of Appeals. He is a Past President of the Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and regularly speaks on crook regulation subjects.
