Injury lawyer David F. Fessler is the Senior Partner and founding member of the regulation workplace. He began working towards regulation in 1986 and is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court.
Mr. Fessler earned his Bachelor s Degree (BA) from Eastern Kentucky University in 1982 in which he graduated "With Distinction". He earned his law diploma from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in which he graduated "Cum Laude" (top five% of the elegance). While at Chase, Dave was the Chief Justice of the Moot Court.
Mr. Fessler concentrates his exercise in non-public harm cases (automobile coincidence, medical malpractice, slip/fall), business and company regulation, wills and estates, civil litigation, and U.S. Federal criminal law.
Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
