David C. Farmer acquired his regulation degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 1985. He practices in general within the regions of industrial litigation and financial ruin. He turned into previously an associate and associate with Case & Lynch, a partner with Lynch & Farmer, counsel with Ashford & Wriston, and an associate with Wagner Watson & DiBianco. He has been a member of the American Bar Association seeing that 1982, and its litigation and enterprise sections, and the Hawai`i State Bar Association considering that 1983. He has served on the HSBA Publications Committee and been an editor and contributing author to the Hawai`i Bar Journal on account that 1991. He is Editor-in-Chief and a contributing creator to a few editions of the Hawaii Collection Manual. He has served as the President and a Director of Bankruptcy Law Section, Treasurer and Director of the Collection Law Section, and member of the CLE Committee. He is likewise a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He taught Secured Transactions, Debtor-Creditor Rights, and Business Reorganization in Bankruptcy from 1998 to 2005 on the William S. Richardson School of Law as a Visiting Assistant and Adjunct Professor. He presently serves as a Panel Trustee for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii. › ›
