I am a Partner at Zalkind Duncan & Bernstein LLP. My practice concentrates on Criminal Defense, White Collar Crime, Campus Misconduct, Students Rights, Sexual Assault, and Civil Litigation. I actually have a long time of experience defending clients in both federal and state courts. Providing a clear presentation and in-depth understanding of felony issues has resulted in superb consequences for dozens of my customers. My practice includes nationwide representation for students and school going through all kinds of fees. I am devoted to zealous advocacy to defend my customers rights and pastimes in a huge range of civil and crook cases.
I received my B.A. from Columbia University. In 1982, I earned my J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Law School. I am a member of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense attorneys, and Boston Bar Association. I had been identified via Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers, and commemorated with an AV Preeminent Rating, the highest possible, from Martindale-Hubbell.
