David graduated with numerous awards from the University of Miami with a diploma in Finance & Accounting even as starting for the number 1 ranked Hurricanes as an outfielder at the baseball group. David went directly to play for the Colorado Rockies before heading lower back to regulation faculty to focus on real property law. David proceeded to get his LL.M. degree (Master s in Law) from the University of Miami s Greenberg Traurig School of Real Estate Development.
