Mr. Miller completed his undergraduate training at the University of California in 1968. Upon graduation, he served on lively responsibility inside the United States Marine Corps, serving inside the Republic of Vietnam in 1969. Mr. Miller spent 27 years inside the Marine Corps Reserve, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. After leaving lively duty inside the Marines, Mr. Miller attended the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 1974. Upon graduating regulation college, Mr. Miller worked as a crook protection legal professional for several years before beginning his personal civil litigation practice in 1982.
Mr. Miller has over 35 years of enjoy working towards law, mostly representing plaintiffs inside the regions of civil litigation and medical malpractice. He is a board-licensed civil trial expert and has served as a school instructor for the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an organization which is accepted via the State Bar of California.
