David A. Cutt is a 1991 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and a founding member of Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal damage, product legal responsibility, and medical malpractice instances. He has attempted numerous cases to verdict and acquired a couple of seven figure recoveries on behalf of his injured customers. Mr. Cutt has unique expertise prosecuting cases on behalf of humans who have suffered brain or spinal cord accidents, in addition to pursuing claims for accidents as a result of faulty automobile tires and different risky merchandise. Mr. Cutt sits on the board of the Utah Association for Justice (formerly the Utah Trial Lawyers Association). He has published numerous articles on non-public harm and product liability law and is the editor of the Utah Trial Journal. Mr. Cutt is at the faculty of Utah’s Learn from the Pros collection of seminars for young lawyers and lectures frequently on topics associated with non-public injury regulation.
