David C. Van Straten, II, is a partner at Liebmann & Van Straten Legal Group, LLC. He practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, Real Estate and Corporate/Business topics and General Civil Litigation.
David obtained his undergraduate diploma from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Bachelor of Science in popular control and era. He persisted directly to gain his regulation degree from Creighton University School of Law, where he obtained an area of emphasis in enterprise, taxation and industrial transactions. He became also a member of the Public Interest Law Forum, and vice president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
An energetic member of the network, David helps many nearby companies which includes the Hertiage Hill Foundation and Scholarships, Inc., wherein he is a member of the Board of Directors, and De Pere Lions Club, in which he is a past president, vice chairman and treasurer.
Born and raised in Seymour, David returned to the place graduating from law faculty to establish his exercise and lift his own family. David is an avid sports fan, and takes every possibility he can to see his liked Wisconsin sports teams in man or woman.
