I am a a hit trial and appellate litigation attorney for Constitutional, Business, Antitrust, and Entertainment law matters. My jurisdictions consist of U.S. District and State Courts in California, the U.S. Supreme Court, in addition to U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, sixth, ninth, tenth and D.C. Circuits. I constitute customers from an array of industries with an emphasis on Television, Motion Picture, Recording, and Advertising troubles.
I am a Harvard Law School graduate, having acquired my A.B. summa cum laude in 1991, and J.D. magna cum laude in 1995. With substantial enjoy and success, my accomplishments consist of severa precedent-setting victories. I am dedicated to diligent representation centered at the best possible effects.
I am also dedicated to seasoned bono work, having advanced civil rights with ancient rulings. I actually have obtained many honors, such as a Humanitarian Award (Beth Chayim Chadashim), Equality Advocate Award (Equality California), and Liberty Award (Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund).
