David turned into born and raised within the Roanoke Valley; the son of a Registered Nurse and a Roanoke City Police Officer, he spent his adolescence in Salem and attended Glenvar High School. After graduating, he went on to wait Virginia Tech in which he acquired stages in both Finance and Accounting. After commencement, David worked as an accountant in both the private and non-private sectors, but determined the law was his genuine calling. He went on to attend Washington & Lee University School of Law, in which he graduated with honors on the pinnacle of his class in 2010. David started his legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the 23rd Circuit of the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2011, David started out operating and education with his mentor, Richard Lee Lawrence. After Richard’s passing in March of 2012, David took on a number of cases and gained expertise and enjoy in his very own practice. In late 2012, David established a role with a small firm in Roanoke, Virginia where he worked until becoming a member of GBSR Lawyers in 2015
David is a litigator who loves being in courtroom on any sort of case from civil and enterprise litigation to circle of relatives and criminal regulation. David has a passion for cases that maximum legal professionals could find tremendously hard or overly-complex. He is a hassle solver and a true advocate for his clients, both inside and out of the court. If a problem can’t be resolved in agreement, David is an competitive litigator. David has attempted instances across the country in Juvenile and Domestic Relations, General District, and Circuit Courts. He often seems in Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Salem, Botetourt County, Bedford County, Franklin County, Craig County, Alleghany County, and Sir Bernard Law County. David has handled civil, criminal, and site visitors infractions in Federal Court as properly.
In his spare time, David enjoys being along with his Wife and three youngsters, is an avid follower of Virginia Tech Sports, and enjoys gambling guitar and watching stay track.
