About
David earned his Bachelor of Science diploma with a finance awareness from Liberty University in 1998 and graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2003, after which era he served the citizens of the State of Missouri first as a regulation clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals after which as an Assistant Greene County Prosecuting Lawyer. He entered private practice with Ingold & Associates, LLC where he targeted on property planning and probate and trust litigation, then later fashioned the regulation office of Imhof & Healy with Daniel W. Imhof. Following Mr. Imhof’s election as a thirty first Circuit Greene County choose, David fashioned Healy & Healy in 2007 along his brother, Douglas. Here, David maintained a broad trial practice, starting from criminal defense to complicated civil topics in kingdom and federal trial courts, and litigated severa subjects in federal and state courts of appeals. David additionally performed a tremendous quantity of transactional work for a number of local groups as well as estate making plans for severa families for the duration of his time with Healy & Healy.
In January of 2014, David merged his practice with the practice of David N. Appleby, forming the organization of Appleby Healy, Lawyers at Law, P.C. David keeps his representation of neighborhood families even as focusing his practice on his clients’ estate planning and probate desires.
David is a member of the Greene County Estate Planning Council, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, the Christian County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar.
