Mr. Bursh attended Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California in which he studied authorities and economics and graduated in 1990 along with his B.A. After graduating from Claremont, Mr. Bursh attended Arizona State University College of Law where he recieved his J.D. in 1995. Mr. Bursh has been practicing law in the Phoenix place in view that that time.
Mr. Bursh co-based McCain & Bursh, PLC, Lawyers at Law with partner Marc McCain in 1999. Mr. Bursh presently acts as the firm s President. Mr. Bursh s practice areas include non-public injury, business litigation, and corporate law. Mr. Bursh is a pro litigator and represents Plaintiffs in a number of cases involving serious non-public harm, wrongful death, negligence, premises liability, and public entity liability. He has successfully litigated million-dollar cases on behalf of his clients.
