As a member of the Labor & Employment and Wage & Hour Class Action practice businesses, I constitute employers in all levels and sorts of employment litigation (e.g., wage and hour magnificence movements, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misclassification, wrongful termination, etc.), provide recommendation and counsel to employers regarding their employment practices and rules, and create and present custom designed administrative center trainings and displays precise to employers desires and business enterprise culture.
