About
Daniel Wehking is a local Floridian. He grew up in Miami, Florida where he attended Marine and Science Technology Academy, a prestigious marine technology themed public magnet faculty close to Key Biscayne. Before incomes his bachelors degree, Daniel labored looking after dolphins at the Miami Seaquarium and monkeys at the Monkey Jungle.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. He went directly to earn his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. While at Rutgers, Daniel turned into the recipient of a Dean Merit Scholarship.
Upon his go back to Florida, Daniel labored as a prosecutor in Polk County. Daniel attempted dozens of instances for all types of crimes and secured sentences as much as life in prison without parole for risky felons. Daniel endured to exercise criminal regulation for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in Marion, Putnam, and Brevard Counties. He efficiently handled loads of cases, a few as severe as first degree prison murder, on both the trial and appellate degrees.
Daniel s law practice includes property planning, asset protection making plans, guardianships, elder regulation, and property and accept as true with administration and litigation. He is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution, Elder Law, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections of the Florida Bar Association.
Daniel is married to Tracey, a fellow former prosecutor who is now Youth Services Coordinator for the Sumter County Library System.
