Marsha Comeau
A native of upstate New York, Dan Clark moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1979 and in 1985 graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He served first as a personnel author and then as an editorial board member on the North Carolina Law Review and upon graduation from UNC Law School in 1988 he joined Tharrington Smith.
Mr. Clark’s regions of practice encompass employment law, civil and commercial enterprise litigation, intellectual assets regulation, and administrative regulation. Mr. Clark has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina considering that 1988 and is admitted to practice before all federal courts in North Carolina, the District of Columbia and Fourth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. He is a member of the American, North Carolina and Wake County bar institutions and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
