Daniel T. Geherin is a board-certified trial legal professional with over two decades’ enjoy practicing law. He graduated with Honors from Michigan State University with a bachelor s degree in Humanities/Pre-Law, and graduated cum laude from regulation faculty at California Western in San Diego, CA. In law school, he was an Executive Editor of his school s Law Review. Upon graduation, he joined the Los Angeles County District Lawyer’s Office, in which he prosecuted gang offenses, sexual attacks, narcotics violations, juvenile delinquency, and complex white-collar offenses.
As a criminal defense lawyer, he has defended almost every sort of crime, which include masses of crook sexual behavior offenses, homicide cases, drug cases, domestic violence charges, embezzlement and fraud investigations, home invasion and robbery offenses, and endless inebriated using violations. In all, he has dealt with thousands of crook, civil and motive force license recuperation instances, and he has finished over 200 criminal trials.
He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Michigan and California Bar Associations, and the Washtenaw County Bar Association, where he became Chairperson of the Criminal Law Section. He is a frequent lecturer and contributor to the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), wherein he is at the Advisory Board for the Criminal Law Section.
