As a registered Court-Appointed Fiduciary in New York State Surrogate s Court, and through private exercise, Daniel has worked on severa cases concerning the management of decedents estates. Such subjects consist of petitions for probate and management, applications to transfer actual belongings, contested wills, judicial and contested accountings, private harm/wrongful death compromise lawsuits, and kinship hearings.
Daniel Antonelli is an energetic member the New York State Bar Association and the Bar institutions of each of the five counties of New York City. Through the New York County Lawyers, he helped launch the seasoned bono software "Project Restore", supplying seasoned bono representation to indigent candidates of expert licenses in an effort to facilitate the transition from public assistance to self-independence. Daniel is likewise an active member of the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, in which he assists owners in protecting in opposition to foreclosure.
