Dan Meyer has dedicated more than 25 years of service to the sphere of Federal Employment and National Security law as both a training lawyer and federal investigator and senior govt. Throughout 3 Presidential administrations, Dan promoted the federal whistleblowing task and its associated policy and statutes. His first primary case turned into earlier than the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit defensive Rhode Island State personnel suspended and terminated in an act of retaliation. Later, as the Intelligence Committee’s (IC) primary whistleblowing subject-count expert from 2013 to 2017, he served as the Executive Director for Intelligence Community Whistleblowing & Source Protection and changed into instrumental in establishing the IC’s first program of its type.
