I represent people and corporations across the u . s . a . in quite a few civil litigation disputes towards huge corporations. My exercise areas consist of antitrust litigation (e.g., fee-fixing, client allocation), civil litigation, client safety, commercial enterprise tort, and industrial litigation, which include class movements, and antitrust counseling.

Before co-founding Kotchen & Low LLP, I was: a regulation clerk for Judge Tacha of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, a studies legal professional for the Supreme Court of Guam; a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice; and an attorney at the law office of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP.
