Daniel A. Jimenez s number one areas of exercise are Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, Special Needs Planning and Guardianship. He handles a wide range of complex subjects affecting the disabled and senior communities. Daniel has spoken in front of the public and fellow lawyers on many activities regarding Guardianship and the importance of setting the ideal lifetime making plans devices in place for the advantage of unique desires kids.
Daniel is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. In 2005 Daniel was selected as a Legal Fellowship winner by using the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
