Mr. Johansen is a shareholder in Parr Brown’s Business and Finance corporations. He has over a decade of enjoy advising on large, multi-countrywide securities providing, merger, acquisition, fund formation and funding subjects, in addition to advising on reporting obligations (U.S. SEC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and trendy company topics.
Prior to joining the corporation, Mr. Johansen worked for leading U.S. and British regulation workplaces (inter alia, Paul Hastings and Allen & Overy) in Hong Kong. Mr. Johansen also seconded with the asset control division of a prime U.S. investment bank (JP Morgan) centered on fund formation and investment matters for infrastructure and real estate price range with investments throughout the Asia-Pacific vicinity.
Mr. Johansen is a member of the Utah State Bar, received his Juris Doctorate diploma from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, his LL.M. degree in Chinese Law from Peking University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese (business minor) from Brigham Young University.
