Dan worked as a crook prosecutor for the Orange County District Lawyer’s Office for 26 years. Dan prosecuted instances as a Senior Deputy DA within the Special Assignments Unit, the Gang Unit, and the Homicide Unit before being promoted to be the Head of the Homicide Unit, a prosecution crew that he supervised for eight years. During the direction of his career, he has carried out about 80 jury trials.
