About
Dale practices in the areas of elder law, estate making plans and management, oil and gasoline regulation and actual property. He acquired his B.A. from Bluffton College and his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, wherein he served at the Appellate Moot Court Board. Upon graduation from Dickinson he acquired the William H. Dodd Award, given to the senior who excellent exemplifies the highest beliefs of the criminal profession.
Dale has spoken to many corporations of landowners as regards to oil and gasoline law, that specialize in defensive the landowners’ rights. He has labored drastically with the Penn State Cooperative Extension and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute presenting persevering with prison training seminars for lawyers on oil and gasoline law, and has been quoted inside the New York Times and Investor’s Business Daily.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and serves as a Director of the Pennsylvania bankruptcy of the National Association of Royalty Owners.
Outside of work Dale enjoys amateur astronomy and trekking together with his youngsters, Dean and Sierra.
