I am a Martinsburg trial lawyer and the founding companion of Burke, Schultz, Harman & Jenkinson. As a group, we had been serving people injured due to the negligence of others in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia for almost one hundred twenty years combined, making those liable for injuring others take delivery of that obligation. We represent the ones harm and the families of people killed in all kinds of automobile collisions, trucking injuries, and motorcycle wrecks, in addition to different cases resulting in wrongful dying and damage, along with scientific malpractice, and canine bites, forcing the ones at fault--and their coverage corporations--to pay. A native West Virginian, I attended West Virginia University and became provided a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 1976, and obtained my law diploma (J.D.) in 1979. While at WVU, I was elected Vice-President of the Student Body (1975-76) and in regulation school was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. I even have spent my criminal profession representing humans towards businesses and coverage corporations, ensuring that those chargeable for inflicting injuries and deaths receive that duty and pay what's honest to folks that were injured. In my 37 years of practice, I actually have attempted dozens of cases to verdict, and feature recovered tens of tens of millions of greenbacks for my customers.
