Curtis J. Mase is the Managing Shareholder and founder of Mase Mebane & Briggs. He is board licensed in civil trial regulation by the Florida Bar and National Board of Trial Advocates (NBTA). Mr. Mase is likewise board certified in pretrial practice with the aid of the NBTA. His predominant region of practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on maritime and admiralty, personal harm and class actions. Mr. Mase has tried hundreds of jury and non-jury matters.
Born in Coral Gables, Florida, Mr. Mase earned his B.A. with a dual foremost in English and Business from Florida State University in 1982. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law, with honors, in 1984. While in regulation school he become a member of the Moot Court and the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.
In addition to his active trial practice, Mr. Mase has argued severa appeals in each country and federal courtroom, inclusive of the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Mase has written and lectured on some of topics inclusive of trial practice and manner, evidence and admiralty and maritime regulation.
