I have practiced law because 1996, that specialize in corporate securities regulation because 2001. I am certified to exercise inside the State of California, and america District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California. After graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1996, I commenced my career working towards preferred corporate litigation for the regulation workplace of Lorenz, Alhadeff, Cannon & Rose, LLP, in San Diego, California. After working towards trendy company litigation for 4 years, in April 2000, I transitioned into transactional regulation via accepting the position of General Counsel for GTC Telecom Corp., a small long distance and internet service company, positioned in Costa Mesa, California. I served as GTC Telecom’s first General Counsel, started the prison branch, and remained on this role till October 2001, once I frequent my contemporary role with The Lebrecht Group, APLC.
