Lawyer Fahnestock is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he focused on criminal law. After graduating from Penn State, he attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and changed into an Associate Editor for Law Review. While in Law School he spent time operating with the State Appellate Defenders Office re-checking out firearm and forensic proof for convicted defendants.
