Conor McCarthy is an experienced Real Estate and Estate Planning lawyer, and has spent nearly 15 years helping his clients navigate and solve complex transactions and disputes. Serving customers huge and small, non-public and public, Conor prides himself on taking the time to listen and completely apprehend a purchaser’s demanding situations and goals.
Conor began his profession as a civil litigator zealously advocating in settlement, construction, real property, land use and commercial disputes. He then transitioned to turn out to be a skilled municipal and transactional attorney negotiating and last complex business and actual property offers, and resolving difficult land use demanding situations. After dealing with the City of Tacoma & Tacoma Public Utilities’ real property transactions for several years, and serving as In-House lawyer for a local actual property developer, Conor lower back to personal practice to recognition his efforts on assisting his customers and their households obtain their Real Estate and Estate Planning dreams.
A passion for service and justice led Conor to pursue a profession in regulation and serve his community at the Tacoma City Council.
