Cindy Nguyen is the managing partner at Amity Law Group and has had great revel in in property planning, probate, employment regulation and commercial enterprise litigation. Ms. Nguyen loves to work with households to help them create an estate plan on the way to avoid taxes and protect them against probate.
Ms. Nguyen also provides preventive counseling to employers concerning claims of discrimination, harassment, incapacity lodging, wage and hour violations, ADA violations, misclassification, and other alleged claims of enterprise misconduct. She represents employers in nation and federal courts, and earlier than administrative companies which include the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Nguyen is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Mrs. Nguyen acquired her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, with a Certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice Law. She became the recipient of the Richard S. Rosenberg Award for Excellence in Labor Law and the Santa Clara University School of Law Pro Bono Bronze Award.
While attending law faculty, Mrs. Nguyen interned on the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Her paintings at the EEOC concerned investigating claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Equal Pay Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disability Act.
Mrs. Nguyen currently sits on the board of director of Rosemead Chamber of Commerce and Asian Business League of Southern California.
Ms. Nguyen is admitted to practice in all California country courts, as well as america District Court for the Central District of California.
