Cindra M. Dowd is a 1987 graduate of Duke University. She earned her law school degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1991. Upon graduation from regulation college, Ms. Dowd served as a law clerk for The Honorable Hal J. Bonney, Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Ms. Dowd is a member of the Virginia State Bar and its Litigation Section, the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association, the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association wherein she served as its President from 2001-2002, the Boyd-Graves Conference and previously she became a member of the James Kent American Inn of Court.
Cindra Dowd has been a common creator and lecturer on diverse commercial and different litigation exercise regions.
