Mr. Strang has represented events in any respect ranges of the development enterprise, such as fabric providers, system lessors, subcontractors, preferred contractors, builders, owners and domestic development contractors. Outside of the development discipline he has represented producers, distributors, restaurant proprietors, apartment institutions, economic services companies, industrial landlords and tenants, wedding ceremony companies and venues, software developers, and lots of small business proprietors.
Mr. Strang practices in courts throughout the Commonwealth, such as nation District and Superior Courts, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, Federal District Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has successfully argued voluminous motions, consisting of motions to push aside and for precis judgment, in addition to lengthy trials. He also has sizable experience representing parties in out of court dispute decision lawsuits, which includes mediations and arbitrations.
