Christopher Sean Mulligan is a Florida native and 1/3 technology Florida attorney. Born in Inverness, Florida, Mr. Mulligan graduated with honors and a Bachelor in Science from Florida State University, majoring in Political Science and Criminology/Criminal Justice and then obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. While in Washington, Mr. Mulligan labored for a whole lot of nonprofit agencies within the areas of domestic violence, criminal justice reform, training policy, and marketing campaign finance reform. Mr. Mulligan has been quoted or published within the New York Times, The Washington Post, Atlanta Constitution Journal, Cleveland Plain Dealer, and The Boston Globe, amongst many others. Mr. Mulligan drafted critical portions of numerous pieces of nation and federal regulation, which include the 2005 Violence Against Women Act which legal demonstration presents to Colleges and Universities that carried out applications to teach college students and useful resource sufferers of abuse.
