Christopher K. Leifer is the founding shareholder of the corporation. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. Mr. Leifer is admitted to exercise before all Florida state courts, as well as the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Mr. Leifer focuses his exercise within the areas of hard work and employment law; together with unpaid salary troubles, unpaid additional time, wrong paycheck deductions, retaliatory discharge and non-compete agreements. Throughout his exercise, Mr. Leifer has participated in jury trials, mediations and arbitrations. He has represented the interests of each commercial and man or woman clients in a whole lot of criminal topics; such as contractual issues, employment and coverage disputes, and misleading and unfair change practices.
Mr. Leifer is a veteran of the USA Navy, in which he acquired the Combat Action Ribbon, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal and National Defense Service Medal for his carrier during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.
