I grew up within the Mohawk Valley, and feature worked almost constantly seeing that I was about 10 years antique. I learned early at the significance of a strong work ethic, and desirable communique. While attending Syracuse University School of Law, I worked for the New York State Office of the Lawyer General, underneath both Dennis Vacco and Elliot Spitzer. After graduation, I postponed taking the bar exam to participate in a special Criminal Law Clinic in Syracuse, in which I was allowed to represent indigent people under the supervision of Law School Professors. Several months later, on my first try, I exceeded the New York State bar examination, and feature maintained a successful solo exercise ever on account that. As a legal professional I’ve represented hundreds of various humans and sued many one of a kind sorts of non-public damage cases, from wrongful dying and medical malpractice to simple injuries in slips, falls and car injuries. I’ve also defended human beings against nearly every crime within the penal regulation, from misdemeanor tablets to homicide.
