Mr. Eibeler represents New Jersey personnel in all areas of employment regulation, such as sexual harassment, wrongful termination, incapacity discrimination, FMLA, whistleblower retaliation, discrimination and adversarial paintings environment. Mr. Eibeler also represents people and small agencies in restrictive covenant litigation, such as non-competes, unfair opposition, non-solicitation and breach of loyalty cases.
